- Unlimited portal messaging (48–72 hr response time)
- Management of up to 4 prescription medications
- Lab and test order and review (paid separately)

- Referrals for recommended cancer screening
- Integrates personal lifestyle and health coaching
- Continued follow-up until you are satisfied

For households with two adults and up to two children.

- One basic visit per child/year
- Up to 6 follow-up visits for adults, 3 for children
- Unlimited portal messaging (48–72 hr response time)
- Management of prescription medications
- Lab and test order and review (paid separately)
- Individualized nutrition and supplement recommendations
- Referrals for recommended cancer screening for adults
- Integrates personal lifestyle and health coaching
Add-on:
+$50/month for each additional family member
Requires a paid Comprehensive Consultation for each adult as part of the sign-up process
